In our collection, new items are in perfect condition. For second-hand jewellery, each item of jewellery is a testament to the beauty of uniqueness.

This means that our second-hand jewellery items won't be flawless because they come with a history that adds to their charm

We meticulously inspect each piece to ensure that it looks stunning, functions well, and is suitable for its intended purpose.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery can only be returned if it's faulty.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us won’t be accepted.
