Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery can only be returned if it's faulty.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us won’t be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly assess the issue and work to resolve it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or pierced jewellery (unless faulty).

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
